TimeToGo is a preparation and departure planning app that helps users calculate when to start preparing and when to leave based on a target arrival time. This Privacy Policy explains how TimeToGo handles information when you use the app.

1. Information You Provide

TimeToGo lets you create plans that may include a plan name, target arrival time, preparation steps, travel steps, buffer time, completion status, archived status, and related schedule information.

This information is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to a developer-operated server and is not used to identify you.

2. Local Storage

The app stores your plans and settings locally on your device so that your data remains available after you close and reopen the app. This may include:

• Plan names and target arrival times
• Preparation and travel step names and durations
• Buffer time settings
• Plan status, such as completed or archived
• App language or preference settings

You can delete plans inside the app. Uninstalling the app may also remove locally stored app data, depending on your device settings and backup configuration.

3. Notifications

TimeToGo may request notification permission so it can send preparation-start and departure reminders. Notifications are scheduled based on the plans you create.

Notification permission is used only to display reminders from the app. TimeToGo does not use notifications to collect personal information.

4. Advertising

TimeToGo may display ads using Google AdMob. Google AdMob and related Google services may collect or process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, approximate usage information, diagnostics, and other data needed to provide, measure, and improve advertising services.

Depending on your region, you may be shown a consent message or be able to control ad personalization through your device or Google settings.

5. Data Sharing

TimeToGo does not sell your personal information. The developer does not operate a server that receives your plan data.

If ads are enabled, data may be shared with Google AdMob and related advertising partners as necessary to provide and measure ads.

6. Permissions

TimeToGo may request the following permission:

• Notifications: Used to send preparation-start and departure reminders.

The app does not require location permission, account login, contacts access, calendar access, microphone access, camera access, or file access for its core planning features.

7. Children’s Privacy

TimeToGo is not directed to children under the age of 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Security

TimeToGo is designed to keep your plan data locally on your device. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please avoid entering highly sensitive information into plan names or step names.

9. Your Choices

• You can edit or delete plans inside the app.
• You can enable or disable notification permission in your device settings.
• You can control ad personalization through your device settings or Google account settings where available.
• You can uninstall the app to stop further local data processing by the app.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted by updating the effective date and the content of this policy.
